Schedule Change Policy

Any rescheduling request will only be valid for the date you mention on this form and won’t interfere with how often you clean. Please fill out a different form for each date that you need to reschedule cleanings if you require more than one. Please get in touch with our office if you need to modify your complete recurring cleaning schedule.

Fees for Late Changes and Cancellations

We will impose a $100 late cancellation fee if you postpone or cancel service with less than 48 hours’ notice to cover the cost of the cleaning technicians’ lost wages.

Rearranging a Recurring Cleaning

Customers who subscribe to recurring cleaning services are free to change the day of an upcoming cleaning for any day before the next scheduled cleaning, except for any applicable late change fees.

Skipping a Recurring Cleaning

A $50 skip fee will be applied to the catch-up cleaning if you miss a recurring cleaning. If you miss two consecutive cleanings, you will be charged the full, non-discounted price for the catch-up cleaning.
